O|X Studio designed beautiful walk-up townhouses in Ann Arbor.  The design maximized the corner lot with four six-bedroom units.  Our team expertly navigated the Ann Arbor Zoning Board of Appeals submissions, collaborated closely with the Construction Manager to align designs with the budget, and engaged stakeholders through every phase, presenting updates at key completion milestones. During construction, we supported seamless project progress with bi-monthly site meetings, shop drawing reviews, and responsive RFI management, ensuring all details aligned with the owner’s vision.
