Nathan Davis
Architectural Associate
As an Architectural Associate, Nathan assists architects with designing and managing projects from conceptual ideas to construction administration. Nathan joined the O|X team after working as a Business Development Manager for a major building material supplier.
Always driven by helping people, Nathan made the switch back to Architecture, believing he could make a bigger impact through his skills in design and storytelling. He enjoys a good challenge by listening to people’s needs and critically thinking through possible solutions to get to the one that is tailored to best fit their needs and vision. The ‘inner athlete’ in him won’t back down until he finds it!
The majority of Nathan’s career was spent contributing to various project typologies including municipal, hospitality, retail, cannabis, and mixed-use developments. Before moving to Michigan, Nathan lived in Boston, where he worked for a local architecture firm. As someone who values relationships, Nathan came back to the Midwest to be closer to family and friends, where he can visit them more regularly on the weekends.
