As part of this project, an existing historic building in downtown Northville underwent renovations that included the addition of a new exterior stair tower and rooftop terrace. To ensure adherence to the Standards of Improvement (SOI) standards and guidelines, the project obtained approval from the local Historic District Commission (HDC). The renovation project encompassed various tasks such as introducing new façade treatments, redesigning the primary entrance, installing fresh exterior signage and lighting, and constructing additional elements.
